Your request details are used only for the directory contact flow.

What we collect

Name, email, optional WhatsApp or Instagram contact, preferred visit date and time, party size, language, selected studio, and optional notes.

Why we collect it

FaceFit stores the request, provides the studio's public booking channel, sends a confirmation and optional follow-up, and measures aggregate directory use. Submitting the form does not confirm a reservation.

Who receives it

FaceFit's operator and email or infrastructure providers may process the information. FaceFit does not automatically send the form contents to the studio, and we do not sell directory inquiry data.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the contact flow, follow-up, and aggregate measurement, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. You may request access, correction, or deletion by email.

Your choice

Submitting the form is optional. You may contact the studio directly through its public channel without submitting the form.
